Terms of service

1. The service

Wubble is a WhatsApp Business API platform and CRM. It provides a shared team inbox, sales pipelines, broadcasts, automations, a chatbot flow builder, contact management and a developer API, built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) operated by Meta. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account to Wubble through Meta's official Embedded Signup flow and retain ownership of that account.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials secure, and be authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for activity under your account, including teammates you add.

3. Fees and billing

• Platform fee — ₹799 per month, covering all platform features and unlimited agents, billed monthly in advance.
• Messaging charges — Meta charges per delivered template message at its published rates. We pass these charges through to you at Meta's exact rate, with no markup, invoiced monthly in arrears.
• Rates for messaging are set by Meta and may change at any time; your invoice always reflects what Meta actually charged.
• Applicable taxes (such as GST) are additional unless stated otherwise.
• Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of the service after reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Wubble lawfully and in line with Meta's rules, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. In particular you must:

• Message only people who have given valid opt-in consent to receive messages from your business.
• Honour opt-out requests promptly.
• Not send spam, deceptive content, or messages for goods and services prohibited by Meta's policies or Indian law.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Violation of Meta's policies can lead Meta to restrict or ban your WhatsApp Business account, which is outside our control. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your data

Your business data — contacts, conversations, templates and settings — remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to process it solely to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and WhatsApp data handling policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload, including having consent to message your contacts.

6. Relationship with Meta

Wubble is an independent product of Aquilyn Digital LLP. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Wubble is built on the official WhatsApp Cloud API but is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Meta. Availability of the WhatsApp Business Platform, message delivery, template approval and messaging rates are controlled by Meta.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and messaging charges already incurred remain payable. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required to protect the platform, with reasonable notice where practicable. After termination, we delete or anonymise your data as described in the privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or of the WhatsApp Business Platform, or the delivery of any particular message. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquilyn Digital LLP's total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the platform fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Silchar, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
