Meta’s message rates, passed through unchanged
These are Meta’s own published per-message rates for India. We bill them to you exactly as Meta bills us — monthly, with zero markup and no margin on messages.

Per delivered message, India rate card effective January 1, 2026. Rates are set by Meta and can change — whatever Meta charges is exactly what appears on your invoice. Utility messages sent inside an open 24-hour service window are free.

Pricing questions, answered
How does message billing work?
Meta charges us for every template message delivered from your account, at its published per-message rate for India. Once a month, we invoice you that exact amount alongside your ₹799 platform fee. We add nothing to it — no percentage, no 'handling fee', no rounding up.
What happens if Meta changes its rates?
Rates are set by Meta and do change from time to time. Whenever they do, the new rate is what you pay — unchanged. We'll always reflect Meta's current rate card, and you can verify it yourself on Meta's official pricing page.
Are replies to customers really free?
Yes. When a customer messages you, a 24-hour service window opens. Everything you send inside that window — answers, photos, documents, even utility templates — is free under Meta's pricing. You only pay when you start a conversation with a template outside that window.
Do you charge per agent or per seat?
No. ₹799/month covers your whole team, whether that's one person or twenty. Add and remove teammates whenever you like.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
You connect your own number and WhatsApp Business account through Meta's official Embedded Signup during onboarding — it takes a few minutes, and you keep full ownership of your account and data.
